Lead Bartender

Job Description Atwater Brewery, home of the Dirty Blonde, is looking for a front-of-house bar manager who is responsible for the overall direction of the bar. This includes managing bar staff employees and overseeing daily operations including staffing, ordering, tip pay-outs, and other duties as assigned.Responsibilities:Manage and oversee FOH operations on a day-to-day basisRecruitment and development of team membersEngage with our guests and ensure their satisfactionOversight of cleanliness of entire restaurant inside and outPrepare end of day and opening reports and cash managementOptimizing profits by controlling labor & beverage costsExperience and Requirements:5+ years of restaurant/bar experienceAt least 21 years of ageStrong problem-solving skillsDeveloped leadership and communicationPassion for craft beerAbility to be flexible and encourage team members during stressful environmentsMust have the ability to accurately handle money, make the change, process credit card transactions, and have strong menu knowledgeProven track record in successfully training and developing people
