Quality Administrator

The printed circuit board assemblies ESC builds go into end products ranging from fiber optic transmitters and transceivers to missile guidance and satellite systems. Having grown from a staff of 12 employees in 2001 to the current level of 160+, ESC is a fast-growing and highly successful manufacturing company. *Summary: * The Quality Administrator supports the Quality Manager and Quality Engineering team by preparing End-Item Data Packages (EIDPs), First Article Inspection Reports, and other quality documentation to support production needs. The individual will also assist with quality data analysis, metrics reporting, and operation of inspection equipment such as X-Ray Fluorescence (XRF) for component plating verification. This position offers opportunities for professional growth through hands-on experience with quality systems, inspection technologies, and cross-functional collaboration. *Primary Responsibilities:* * Compile Certificates of Conformance (C of Cs) accurately from company databases to support AS9102 First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs) and As-Built reports as customer deliverables * Enter and format manufacturing and inspection data into AS9102 First Article Inspection Report documentation * Transfer data from engineering drawings and inspection records into formal AS9102-compliant reports * Support Quality department initiatives, including documentation of Gemba walks and 6S audit findings * Complete all reports and records neatly, accurately, and in compliance with required documentation standards * Perform all assigned duties in accordance with established safety policies and procedures * Manage daily priorities effectively and consistently deliver results in accordance with established commitments * Collaborate with team members to identify, recommend, and implement improvements that enhance and operational performance * Perform all responsibilities in alignment with the ESC Vision and Mission Statement *Requirements* * High school diploma or equivalent * Minimum of 1 years’ experience working in an electronics manufacturing environment * Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills and the ability to *collaborate* effectively within a team environment * *Strong computer skills* with proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly *Excel* * Highly *dependable* and capable of working independently with minimal supervision * *Detail-oriented* with a high level of accuracy and attention to documentation and data integrity * Ability to follow detailed work instructions and adhere to established processes * *Self-motivated* individual with strong learning agility, a proactive mindset, and a desire to contribute meaningfully to the workplace * Strong work habits, including punctuality, *reliability*, and consistent attendance * *Must be a US citizen or legal permanent resident* Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Application Question(s): * This role requires Excel proficiency, and will require a skills assessment.
