We have supportive admin and medical assistant staff that provide a conceirge like atmosphere to provide exceptional patient care.ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments for individuals with mental health conditions.Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with our interdisciplinary team.Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications according to best practices and state guidelines.Provide psychotherapy and counseling using evidence-based techniques.Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.Educate patients and families on mental health conditions, treatment options, and self-care strategies.Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care.Assist with Ketamine and Spravato treatments as part of our clinic?s integrative offerings (training will be provided)We use IntakeQ as our EHRQualificationsMaster?s or Doctorate in Nursing with certification as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)or a Master?s degree and licensure as a Physician Assistant (PA-C) with psychiatric experienceor a Board-certified Psychiatrist (MD/DO)Additional requirements:Current licensure to practice in the state of IowaExperience in psychiatry or mental health settingsInterest in or experience with ketamine-assisted therapy (KAP) and/or functional medicine is preferredProficiency in vital signs assessment, BLS, and ACLS a plusMust be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship (we cannot sponsor employment visas)Job DetailsJob Type: Full-timeExpected Hours: 20?40 hours per weekSchedule: Primarily in-person, Monday?Friday, 9am?5pm (flexibility to work outside these hours if desired or longer days for a shorter weekNo on-call or weekends.Benefits: Excellent health and dental insurance, paid time off/vacation, mentoring in ketamine use, functional medicine, HRT, weight loss, and peptides.Location: On-site in Cedar Rapids, IowaWebsite: www.holisticwellness.clinicPlease complete this step before submitting your application on Indeed:We encourage applicants who are passionate about mental health care and committed to improving the lives of their patients through compassionate treatment.
