RN Director, Clinic Operations - OBGYN - Encinitas & Oceanside

This is a full time, benefited position generally working Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm with extended hours as needed. Located in Oceanside (Mission) with travel Encinitas clinics and Jefferson. What You'll DoResponsible for overseeing the daily operations of an outpatient patient care unit or departments, including financial and operational performance, service excellence and internal communications.Works with the management staff of the practice unit and departments to coordinate strategic planning of business units and the ongoing development and productivity of the physician office practices and non-physician staff.Provides leadership and direction to managers, supervisors and leads to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations, quality outcomes and internal and external customer service.Required Education/Experience/Specialized SkillsBachelor's degree plus five years applicable clinical management experience.Requires excellent skills in communication, problem-solving, team development, planning and follow-through.Ability to exercise the authority and responsibility for assigned services based on the scope of the organization and complexity of patient care.Graduate of an accredited program.Ability to effectively manage healthcare business and operational practices.Strong computer skills, including knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other applicable systems.Required Certification/RegistrationMaintains current California RN license.Current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS required in clinical setting.Preferred Education/Experience/Specialized Skills/CertificationMaster's degree or MSN.Lean six sigma experience.OBGYN experience. Position Pay Range: $74.18-$110.03/hour
