PART-TIME PACKAGER The candidate will have an exceptional work ethic and organization skills, with close attention to detail. Must have experience working with medical marijuana and knowledge on growing techniques and plant care. DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Responsible for maintaining sanitary conditions from harvesting to packaging. Accountable for accurate weighing, labeling, and packaging (Cultivation and/or Production) in a timely manner. Responsible for loading and unloading designated equipment. Responsible for proper use and maintenance of designated equipment. Processes finished product to desired standards. Maintains supplies and inventory levels. Responsible for maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the packaging area. May be asked to assist in other areas of cultivation space. May be required to work non-standard hours or weekends on an occasional basis as needed and maintain a sense of heightened security awareness. Any additional duties deemed necessary by management. OTHER ASSOCIATED FACTORS: Maintain clean, sanitary, and organized work areas. Must be able to stand for long period of time. Actively involved in Workplace Safety. Ensure proper procedures are followed and take steps to update any outdated procedures.
