Centennial is seeking a visionary, enterprise‑minded President to lead a diversified portfolio of companies, including two multi‑location commercial furniture dealerships, a related service company and an ATM installation company. This executive will shape strategy, elevate operational excellence, strengthen culture, and drive long‑term enterprise value across all business units.The President provides strategic leadership, operational oversight, and cultural direction—ensuring each company thrives in its market while leveraging shared systems, leadership standards, financial discipline, and enterprise‑wide initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Enterprise Leadership & StrategyDevelop and execute the strategic vision for all portfolio companiesAlign all operating companies around shared goals, values, and performance expectationsIdentify opportunities for growth, diversification, and operational efficiencyExpand into adjacent markets, services, and strategic opportunitiesDrive technological advancement across the enterpriseServe as the primary liaison to the Advisory Board, ensuring alignment and effective governanceDrive sustainable revenue growth within existing markets while identifying and expanding into adjacent markets, services, and strategic opportunities that strengthen the organization’s competitive position and long-term profitability.Operational LeadershipEnsure operational excellence and scalable processes across all companiesSupport leadership teams in improving productivity, customer satisfaction, and project executionPromote collaboration and best‑practice sharing among business unitsLeadership Development & CultureDevelop, mentor, and empower senior leaders across all operating companiesStrengthen leadership accountability, succession planning, and talent retentionBuild and sustain a high‑performance, values‑driven culturePromote alignment while honoring the unique needs of each market and businessQualifications & Experience:RequiredBachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, or related field, MBA preferred.10+ years of progressive executive leadership experienceMulti‑entity or multi‑location leadership experienceExperience in contract furniture, commercial interiors, workplace services, architectural products, construction‑adjacent, field‑service, or project‑based distribution organizations strongly preferredDemonstrated success driving growth, profitability, and organizational transformationExperience leading strategic planning, operational improvement, and culture development initiativesRegular travel between Columbus and CincinnatiParticipation in industry events, customer meetings, and leadership retreats expected.
