If you enjoy solving problems, using data to drive decisions, and finding better ways to get things done, this is your chance to make a visible impact and help shape what’s next.Pay and Perks: Compensation: $105k - $120k; quarterly bonus potential based on initiative outcomesStandard full-time employee benefits packageAbout the Role:HQ required, this is not a remote positionOwn the end-to-end R&D pipeline, managing intake, prioritization, and sequencing of innovation, tool development, and process improvement initiatives based on impact, feasibility, ROI, and strategic fitLead the design and governance of structured testing programs, establishing clear hypotheses, success metrics, data standards, and disciplined pilot execution across field operationsAnalyze pilot results and operational data to deliver clear recommendations on whether initiatives should scale, improve, pause, or be discontinuedTranslate validated ideas into scalable field processes, tools, and rollout plans in partnership with operations and training teams to drive adoption and consistencyMonitor post-launch performance, adoption, and feedback to refine solutions and ensure sustained resultsLead and develop the R&D team, setting priorities, coaching performance, and shaping the long-term strategy and capabilities of the functionWhat We're Looking For:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or related field required; advanced degree preferred7-12+ years of progressive experience in operations, engineering, process improvement, or related fields, including 3-5+ years leading teamsProven ability to design, test, and scale pilots, innovation programs, and process improvements that deliver measurable resultsStrong analytical and business judgment skills with experience using KPIs, data, and ROI analysis to prioritize decisions and opportunitiesDemonstrated success building and implementing standardized processes that drive consistency, adoption, and long-term operational performanceEffective leader and communicator who can influence cross-functional teams, solve complex problems, and lead change across field and corporate environmentsDrug screening and criminal background checks will be performed on all new hires.
