Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager located in Pompano Beach, FL. The General Manager is responsible for overseeing studio operations, meeting sales and membership goals, leading and managing the studio team, and ensuring a positive experience for members. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, managing day-to-day operations, handling budgets, tracking studio performance metrics, addressing customer inquiries, and supervising staff to achieve operational excellence. Qualifications Strong leadership and team management skills to motivate and guide staff effectivelyExperience in sales, business development, or customer relationship managementOperational knowledge including budgeting, scheduling, and performance trackingAbility to provide exceptional customer service and handle concerns or feedback professionallyExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a positive studio environmentProficiency in using business-related tools and software for operations and reportingBackground in fitness, health, or wellness industry is a plusBachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field preferred
