The Business Broker will be responsible for facilitating the sale and acquisition of businesses, performing business valuations, and providing advisory services to clients. Day-to-day tasks include client consultations, valuations, preparing documentation, marketing businesses for sale, and negotiating deals.QualificationsExperience in Business Brokerage and BrokerageProficiency in Business Valuation and FinanceStrong understanding of business operationsExcellent negotiation and communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferredPrior experience in a similar role is advantageous
