About the Opportunity:The Client Support Representative I (Product Support Representative I) is responsible for addressing customer inquiries and issues related to the organization’s software applications. This role plays a key part in ensuring client satisfaction by analyzing problems, recommending solutions, and facilitating effective communication between customers and internal teams. The position contributes directly to maintaining high service standards and supports the continuous improvement of product offerings.3. Responsibilities:• Analyze and resolve software-related issues within department guidelines and timeframes• Respond to client inquiries, concerns, and requests regarding products and services• Troubleshoot issues including software dependencies and escalate complex problems to higher-level support or engineering• Conduct research using available resources to provide accurate information• Provide feedback internally to help resolve issues or improve products• Support a suite of software applications• Manage client communications through email and inbound calls, adhering to service level agreements• Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues• Follow up with clients as needed• Participate in scheduled internal training sessions• Perform additional duties as assigned• Work some holiday, evening, and weekend hours to meet client needs4. Requirements:• High School Diploma or equivalent GED• 0-2 years of experience in client service or technical support• Familiarity with Microsoft Office• 0-2 years of experience with common enterprise software (e.g., NetSuite, Salesforce, Oracle, SAP)5.
