Role Description– Responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and implementing the solution while addressing specific problems as needed. Collaborates with stakeholders to review/refine requirements, outline system architecture, and create detailed plans. Responsible for writing, configuring, testing and troubleshooting any required code. The solution developer also assists with integrating various technologies and components to build functional applications or systems.Experience :a. Experience configuring ServiceNow modules, workflows and business rules, including advanced scripting/debugging activities. b. Must have the following certifications:·       Main Line Certification (MC) Flow Designer·       MC Integration Hub·       MC Performance Analytics·       MC Service Portal·       MC Virtual Agent·       Certified Application Developer·       PSDS Suite Certification·       CSM Professional Suite Certification·       Now Assist for CSM Accreditationc. Experience with various integration methods, including REST, SOAP and JSON.d. At least two (2) successful ServiceNow CSM Implementations of equivalent size and complexity within the last 3 years.
