Implementation Consultant I - Payroll

Overview In this role, you will enable customers to realize the full value of ADP solutions through expert coaching and structured onboarding. You’ll combine analytic and project-management skills to simplify complex information and build confidence in product use. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored implementations that drive customer success in a competitive market. ResponsibilitiesConsult with clients to deliver a comprehensive ADP solutionGuide clients toward the best solution for their business needsAnalyze existing systems, interfaces, and business processesPartner with clients to understand their business and related needsIncorporate new processes, tools and approaches when recommending an ADP solutionUtilize broad knowledge to recommend solutions to the client when appropriateUnderstand client issues and implement appropriate solutionsBuild long-term relationships and trustCollaborate with ADP sales and customer service teamsExchange routine information with client project team regarding priorities and issues Key requirementsAt least 3 years of experience in a client service/customer service environmentAt least 1 year of business consulting experienceBachelor's degree or equivalent in education and experienceStrong client relationship skills and influenceExcellent verbal and written communicationAbility to manage multiple demands and time effectivelyProficient in the latest web technologiesWorking knowledge of various operating systemsProficient using Microsoft Office
