Clinical Specialist, Women’s HealthSupporting the First FDA-Approved Women’s Health Digital Therapeutic AppPosition SummaryWe are seeking a passionate and patient-focused Clinical Specialist to support healthcare providers, patients, and commercial teams for the first FDA-approved women’s health app. This role will serve as a key clinical resource, helping drive education, adoption, and ongoing engagement across women’s health practices, health systems, and patient communities.The ideal candidate has experience in women’s health, digital health, clinical education, or patient support and is excited about transforming care through innovative technology. This individual will work cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Clinical Operations, Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure successful implementation and clinical utilization of the platform.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the clinical subject matter expert for healthcare providers, clinics, and patients using the women’s health appEducate OB/GYNs, fertility specialists, nurse practitioners, midwives, and allied healthcare professionals on app functionality, clinical data, and patient outcomesConduct product demonstrations, onboarding sessions, and clinical training programs both virtually and in personSupport patient engagement initiatives to improve adherence, satisfaction, and health outcomesCollaborate with Medical Affairs and Clinical teams to communicate evidence-based clinical information and FDA-approved indicationsAssist with implementation and workflow integration within provider offices and healthcare systemsGather customer feedback and clinical insights to support continuous product improvementSupport conference activities, advisory boards, webinars, and educational eventsMaintain accurate records of clinical interactions and customer activities within CRM systemsEnsure all communications and activities remain compliant with FDA, HIPAA, and company policiesQualificationsRequiredBachelor’s degree in Nursing, Health Sciences, Public Health, Biology, or related field3+ years of experience in women’s health, reproductive health, digital health, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare technologyStrong understanding of women’s health clinical workflows and patient care pathwaysExcellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skillsAbility to explain clinical and technical concepts to diverse audiencesComfortable working in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environmentAbility to travel up to 40% as neededPreferredRN, NP, PA, or other clinical certification preferredExperience supporting digital therapeutics, mobile health applications, or SaaS healthcare platformsKnowledge of FDA-regulated healthcare products and clinical compliance requirementsExperience in fertility, maternal health, menopause, pelvic health, or chronic women’s health conditionsFamiliarity with EMR/EHR integrations and telehealth platformsKey CompetenciesPatient-centered mindsetClinical credibility and professionalismStrong organizational and project management skillsCross-functional collaborationAdaptability and innovation mindsetData-driven decision makingWhat We OfferOpportunity to support groundbreaking innovation in women’s healthcareCollaborative and mission-driven cultureCompetitive compensation and benefits packageCareer growth within a rapidly expanding digital health organizationChance to make a measurable impact on women’s lives through technology and evidence-based care
