Under the guidance and direction of the IT Manager, the IT Specialist will respond to end-user requests for support, install, troubleshoot, and repair computer systems, hardware, software, and computer peripheral.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesHelp-desk user support trouble shooting reported issues and providing solutions for PCs, windows operating systems, printers, and peripherals.Help-desk user support trouble shooting reported issues and providing solutions for banking software and applications.Setup, configure, and install workstation hardware, software, and peripherals for end-users.Setup and manage user accounts in windows Active Directory and banking software and applications.Network CablingRequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalentStrong technical knowledge for trouble shotting workstations hardware, software, and peripheral issues.Advanced knowledge of Microsoft software: Windows 10, 11 and Office 365.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with associates who have limited technical knowledgeProven ability to prioritize competing demandsAbility to operate in a team environment to accomplish shared goalsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.Exempt/Non-Exempt: Non-ExemptFull-Time/Part-Time: Full-TimeLocation: OperationsShift: DaysPay Range: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per yearEOE Statement: We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
