Responsible for the construction of BMS.2. Integrate HVAC, utility equipment, fire alarm , security, and other building systems into the BMS.3. Monitor and adjust system settings to optimize performance and energy efficiency.4. Troubleshoot and maintenance of BMS-related issues.5. Develop policies and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.6. Lead a diverse team, provide guidance, training and technical support to facility staff.7. Evaluate and implement BMS upgrades and improvements.8. Develop SOP for BMS.9. Manage and troubleshoot PLC related issues.Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in BMS design and maintenance.Minimum of 3 years team management experience.Strong knowledge of BMS systems, components, and integration techniques.Proficiency in BMS software and programming.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and teamwork abilities.Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and BIM.Professional proficiency in English sufficient to perform technical documentation, safety communication, and collaboration.Work Environment & Physical RequirementsRegular, predictable on-site attendance is an essential function of this role.Ability to move throughout offices, manufacturing facilities, and construction areas, including walking, standing, bending, kneeling, and climbing stairs or ladders.Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 25–50 pounds, with occasional heavier lifting as required, with or without reasonable accommodation.Ability to work in varied environments, including offices, industrial, and construction settings.Willingness to travel to other job sites as business needs require.Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the position, in accordance with applicable law.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary commensurate with experience and qualifications.Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage.401(k) retirement plan with company match.Paid time off and company holidays.Professional development and growth opportunities.Equal Employment OpportunityCATK is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
