Due to ongoing growth and expansion plans, they are looking to add to their Maintenance Planning team.This position would suit someone with maintenance planning, coordination, or manufacturing operations experience who has strong organizational skills, a basic technical understanding, and enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.The Role:Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities across the production facilityWork closely with maintenance engineers, production, and other departmentsSupport maintenance planning, scheduling, and tracking activitiesAssist with maintenance documentation, reporting, and coordinationMonday-Friday, day shift position based onsite in Scranton, PAFull training provided on internal systems and processesThe Candidate:Experience in maintenance planning, coordination, scheduling, or manufacturing operationsBasic technical understanding of manufacturing or industrial equipmentStrong communication and organizational skillsComfortable using Microsoft Office and ExcelLooking for long-term stability and career growth
