Job Title: Support AnalystLocation: Memphis, TN (Onsite)OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented Support Analyst to assist with real-time location systems (RTLS) and asset tracking operations within a fast-paced environment. This role focuses on maintaining tracking devices, supporting staff with badge-related needs, and ensuring accurate monitoring of equipment and personnel safety systems. This is a hands-on, onsite position ideal for someone who enjoys both technical troubleshooting and operational support.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and replace batteries in tracking devices and staff safety badgesCheck performance and status of RTLS hardware across assigned areasAssign and track staff safety badges while maintaining accurate recordsReview badge usage and follow up on inactive or unused devicesCollect and redeploy unused badgesTag and track equipment and assets using the tracking systemPerform routine system checks to ensure devices are functioning properlySupport staff with badge-related questions, replacements, and troubleshootingMaintain detailed documentation of assignments, updates, and system activityRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma or associate degree required13 years of experience in technical support, asset tracking, healthcare support, or a related fieldExperience working with hardware devices such as tags, badges, or sensorsStrong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processesBasic troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsClear communication skills with both technical and non-technical usersStrong organizational and time management abilitiesPreferred QualificationsFamiliarity with RTLS systems or asset tracking platformsExperience working in a healthcare or clinical environmentExposure to tracking dashboards or reporting toolsHow to ApplyIf you are interested in this opportunity, please submit your resume for confidential consideration.
