Sr HR ConsultantAre you ready for a new Human Resources challenge?Do you want to use your HR experience in a new and exciting way?Do you want to be a part of a growing team?Baker Tilly's Managed Services is looking for a Sr HR Consultant to join our Human Resource Services team where exceptional people thrive.Does this describe you?You are highly organized, detail-oriented and enjoy supporting a team dedicated to providing exceptional client serviceYou enjoy undertaking a wide range of HR tasks, including administrative-type functionsYou want to grow, develop your skills, and build a career now, for tomorrowResponsibilities:Provide professional, outsourced HR and HR consulting services to multiple clients across varying industriesManage daily HR and administrative functions for clientsPrepare, process, and run payroll for clients according to client payroll schedules, and maintain data integrity the HRIS / payroll systemPerform full-cycle recruitment services for multiple positions across all levels of a client's organization, including applicant tracking, interviewing, and reference/background checksRespond to internal and external HR related inquiries/requests that come through the dedicated Advantage HR mailboxBuild relationships with clients and employees as a trusted HR resource through clear and consistent communication and timely execution of deliverablesQualifications:BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Business or related studies and/or a combination of education and relevant experienceSeven (7) or more years of progressive HR experience, with functional HR knowledge across all disciplines including compliance, benefits, employee relations, talent management, and compensationProficiency using ADP WorkForce Now / ADP RunPrevious experience preparing and processing payrollFunctional knowledge of all MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)You're an ideal candidate if you also have the following preferred qualifications :Extensive experience using Excel and other data tools to conduct detailed analysisPrevious experience with ATS platforms (ADP preferred)Strong functional knowledge of payroll processes, requirements, and regulationsAbility to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, both with internal colleagues and external clients, at all levels within an organizationAbility to multi-task and juggle multiple projects for multiple clientsHRCI / SHRM certificationThe pay rate range for this job position is $49,500 to $118,990. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of relevant factors including but not limited to applicant's skills, prior experience, qualifications, degrees, professional certifications, work arrangements and geographic location. Baker Tilly offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package to eligible employees.
