React DeveloperWe are seeking a highly experienced React Developer to lead the design and development of modern, high performance web applications. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in front end architecture, a strong eye for UX/performance trade offs, and the ability to mentor developers while driving technical standards across the front end stack.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high performance web applications using ReactArchitect front end solutions, including state management, component structure, and code organizationTranslate UI/UX designs and wireframes into responsive, pixel perfect interfacesBuild and maintain reusable component libraries and design systemsIntegrate front end applications with RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL servicesOptimize applications for maximum speed, performance, and scalabilityCollaborate closely with designers, backend engineers, product managers, and QA throughout the SDLCConduct code reviews and enforce front end coding standards and best practicesWrite unit, integration, and end to end tests to ensure code qualityDebug and resolve cross browser and performance issuesSupport CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes for front end applicationsMentor junior/mid level developers and lead technical/architecture discussionsEvaluate and recommend new tools, libraries, and front end technologiesMandatory Skills:8+ years of professional front end development experience, with 5+ years focused on ReactDeep expertise in React, including Hooks, Context API, and component lifecycleStrong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScriptSolid experience with state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, or MobX)Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive/mobile first designExperience with CSS in JS or utility first frameworks (Styled Components, Tailwind CSS, Emotion)Proven experience integrating with RESTful APIs and/or GraphQLStrong understanding of front end performance optimization (code splitting, lazy loading, memoization)Experience with build tools and bundlers (Webpack, Vite, Babel)Proficiency with version control systems, primarily GitSolid understanding of web accessibility (WCAG) and cross browser compatibility standardsStrong debugging and troubleshooting skillsExperience working in Agile/Scrum environmentsPreferred Skills:Experience with Next.js or other React frameworks (Remix, Gatsby)Familiarity with server side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG)Experience with micro frontend architectureExposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for deploying front end applicationsFamiliarity with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps)Experience with monorepo tools (Nx, Turborepo, Lerna)Basic backend/full stack experience (Node.js, Express) for cross functional collaborationKnowledge of design tools (Figma, Sketch) and design system workflows (Storybook)Experience with GraphQL clients (Apollo, Relay)Understanding of web security best practices (XSS, CSRF, CSP)Education:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)The pay range for this role is ***- *** per annum including any bonuses or variable pay. *** also offers benefits like medical, vision, dental, life, disability insurance and paid time off (including holidays, parental leave, and sick leave, as required by law).
