Caregiver Needed (Part-Time – 20-22 hrs/week)We are seeking a compassionate and dependable caregiver to assist a client living independently in her home. This is a part-time position with approximately 22 hours per week, with potential for additional hours in the future.The client is mobile and lives alone with their dog. They would benefit from a patient, understanding caregiver who can remain calm, flexible, and supportive. While they are often kind and pleasant, they may occasionally become irritable, so it’s important that the caregiver does not take things personally and can respond with empathy and professionalism.Responsibilities include:Transportation to appointmentsGrocery shopping and running errandsLight housekeeping and laundryAssisting with home organization and declutteringHelping sort items for donation or disposalWalking and assisting with care of one dogProviding companionship and emotional supportHome EnvironmentNon-smoking householdOne friendly dogHome is generally clean but somewhat cluttered (no infestations)Ideal candidate:Patient, tolerant, and dependableComfortable working in a home with a dogOrganized and willing to assist with declutteringHas reliable transportationThis role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others maintain independence while creating a calm, supportive environment.
