Coverage Needed: 10/12 (7:30a) to 10/16 (7:30a) or 10/13 to 10 22 (7:30a) to 11/27 (7:30a) 12/22 (7:30) to (7:30) 12 29 (7:30) to 1/2 (7:30) Clinical Information: Start Friday at 7am to Monday at 7am Weekend coverage ER and L&D coverage and call coverage Covering the open 24 hour shifts May round on OB patients Support:RN's, ER team, L&D staff Patient Volume: 10 EMR:Meditech, eCW Required: Active GA license Board certified Advanced Life Support Cert and PALS DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges.Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active Current Flu Vaccine Must be fully vaccinated for Covid 19 Exemptions only allowed for religious or medical reasons, once approved by the facility.
