Company DescriptionDesignlink Architecture is a 30 year old small architecture, planning firm. We have small commercial, tenant improvement, retail, custom residential and remodel projects. On many of the residential projects, we also perform the interior design. We have been widely published through the years but since COVID we have custom residential as the main focus. Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Project Architect located in Scottsdale, AZ. The Senior Project Architect will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of architectural projects, managing project teams, coordinating with clients, and ensuring project success from inception to completion.We are looking for a project architect/designer who has 5-10 years experience that must have an Arizona license. This candidate can be interactive with clients, design , manage ongoing projects, knows materials and construction methods, is experienced with construction documents.QualificationsProfessional degree in Architecture or related fieldProven experience in project management and architecture designStrong knowledge of building codes, construction materials, and sustainable design principlesExcellent communication and leadership skillsProficiency in AutoCAD, and other architectural softwareAbility to collaborate effectively with clients and team membersExperience with construction administration and contract negotiationArchitectural license or pursuing licensure is a mustPortfolio showcasing successful architectural projects
