Patient Concierge

Description We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and polished Patient Concierge whose primary focus is to be a professional, friendly, customer-focused personality that is always polite and helpful. The goal of a Patient Concierge is to always make guests feel comfortable and valued while visiting us. This role requires excellent customer service skills, sales ability, technological expertise, social media/content creation knowledge, and top notch communication skills. Part Time and Full Time hours are available. Applicants must have the ability to work flexible hours and be available to work weekends (Friday-Saturday) as well as evenings (as late as 6:30pm). Industry experience preferred but not required. Receptionist experience is a plus, training will be provided.
