What you'll do: Our company is seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to help us grow our business in the audio-visual (AV) industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and maintaining our showroom presence in Costa Mesa, CADesire to educate customers on display technology, in a showroom, office, or job site locationIdentify & develop new business opportunities. This will be accomplished by reaching out to potential clients, attending industry events, and participating in networking opportunitiesDrive business impact by conducting lead generation and innovative campaigns to attract customersEnsuring all business development activities are coordinated and executed in a timely mannerGrow existing accounts clients by providing excellent customer service and offering new products and servicesMaintain CRM for contact details and to support pipeline managementCollaborate with the sales team to create and implement sales strategies that align with company goalsWork closely with the marketing team to create marketing materials and promotional campaigns that promote our products and servicesManage the showroom and ensure that it is presentable, stocked, and up to date with the latest AV technologyMeet corporate and sales objectivesPerform other related duties as assigned by managementRequirementsWhat you'll bring: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field highly preferred 2+ years of sales or business development experience required, preferably in the AV or other Technical IndustryProfessional and consultative approach with strong interpersonal skillsHigh energy, sense of urgencyExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFamiliarity with AV technology and industry trendsProficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM softwareMust have a valid drivers license and use of a personal vehicleBenefitsBenefits - All benefits start on first day of employment!75% employer-paid medical for employee.
