This role shows skill in clinical application help or operations. Develops knowledge of application functionality, reporting, interfacing, and integration. Knowledge of workflows and application integration with the clinical environment is preferred. Duties may include application implementation, system integration, configuration, customization, upgrades, user training, access, high availability, and other tasks.Essential Functions Of The RoleMaintains changes to referential data, across clinical applications assigned.Reviews monthly clinical updates and keeps application data current with industry standards.Helps implement new application features, like interfaces, by defining clinical requirements, testing, and developing workflows.Tests new and existing functionality prior to application upgrades and releases.Configures application for the setup of the new location and users.Works with other clinical application help team members to resolve user problem tickets and diagnose application errors.Effectively communicates with non-technical users to resolve problems and errors in the clinical application.Assists with data clean-up and preloading efforts in the clinical application.Researches patient data in multiple applications to resolve errors in clinical and demographic areas, including front and back office.Key Success FactorsClinical IT experience helping clinical application or working as a super user in a clinical setting.Belonging StatementWe believe that all people should feel welcomed, valued and supported.QualificationsEDUCATION - Bachelor's or 4 years of work experience above the minimum qualificationEXPERIENCE - 1 Year of Experience
