No other agency possesses the expertise that we do to address today's most pressing challenges to drive business transformation through media.The Associate Director, National Investment is responsible for executing strategies including negotiating scatter needs, analyzing the need for implementing allocation and billing tools to facilitate smooth transitions from buy to air. This role acts as a client partner externally and as the internal Planning/Investment liaison.Responsibilities:Thought LeadershipPartner with Media Director to prepare all reportsActively aid in auditsReview schedules and ensure posts prepared by Investment team are compliantBuild relationships with clientsParticipate in client meetings and statusHelp prepare semi-annual state of industry reports, planning costs, and marketplace trendsFind ways to increase productivity on a monthly basisBuild relationships with senior management in the vendor communityPrepare client ready POVs on market opportunitiesDevelop training programs across multiple topicsLead sub committees for team challenges / innovationMentor Managers, Senior Associates, and Associates to further growthBrainstorm for increased innovation in client communication and/or productivityParticipate in New Business pitchesIdentify process and reporting improvementsEffectively manage cross-functional initiatives and relationships across agencies and partnersQualifications:5+ years of experience within Media Buying/InvestmentTechnical proficiency, particularly with the following tools:Mediaocean, MBOXNielsen Net Rating, Comscore, AdRelevance, eMarketer, Forrester, etc.Third-party ad measurement and traffic tools (e.g.Integral Ad Science)Excel, Word, PowerPointStrong client facing experienceStrong quantitative skills, including analytical abilities and math proficiencySolid verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work successfully with teams, handling multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines under pressureDetail oriented and able to produce accurate workDemonstrate leadership skillsAbove average negotiation skills due to high volume of scatterOur Publicis Groupe motto "Viva La Diffrence" means we're better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
