Job Title: Member Services Representative, Payments ProcessingLocation: Fort Worth, Texas 76155Duration: 3-month contract with the potential to extend/convert. 100% onsite. 06/22/2026 to 11/20/2026 Job PurposeResponsible for daily functions associated with direct payments and funds transfers..Principal Duties and ResponsibilitiesPerform general ledger balancingCoordinate return items with members, outside vendors, the Federal Reserve Bank and other institutionsAssist other departments with fraud resolution, member inquiries and related Accounting general ledger balancingWork member cases/activities assignedFollow and maintain policies and procedures to ensure strict compliance with NACHA rules and regulations and Federal Banking lawsLog, research and make necessary general ledger, account adjustments and/or returnsObtain information from members for the timely and accurate processing of international and domestic funds transfer requestsResearch and verify incoming and outgoing funds transfer informationCommunicate with vendor to process funds transfersUnderstand and be familiar with outgoing and incoming funds transfer lawsVerify members for outgoing funds transfers, and Federal Reserve verifying and releasing funds transfersPerform other duties as assignedThe selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the security and confidentiality of all account and related information which is part of their work and for ensuring that his/her work is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations including, but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act.Minimum QualificationsHigh school diploma or GEDIntermediate Excel and Word experiencePreferred QualificationsPrevious customer/member service experiencePrevious banking or Credit Union experienceKnowledge, Skills & AbilitiesSkilled in Microsoft Office software (e.g., Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) gained through either work experience with the software or education and hands-on use of the softwareAbility to exercise excellent customer service skillsAbility to perform in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks and function as an integral part of a teamAbility to effectively communicate with all levels, both verbally and in writingAbility to perform mathematical calculations and analyze dataAbility to effectively prioritize work and meet deadlines under high volume pressureAbility to cross-train and perform any role assigned within departmentAbility to interact professionally with all employees and membersAbility to work independently and with minimal supervisionAbility to self-motivate with strong organization skills and capacity for attention to detailAbility to effectively prioritize work and meet deadlinesAbility to work extended hours in support of business needsAbility to maintain satisfactory performance and attendance
