Greeting cards, wedding signs, wall prints — we make products that help people say the thing.We're hiring a Production Associate to help us run the daily operation, with a real path to growing into our Operations Lead.What You'll DoThis is a hands-on, get-things-done role. You'll spend your days producing and fulfilling orders alongside a small team, learning every part of the operation from the ground up. As you master the work, you'll take on more responsibility — quality control, inventory, customer service, holding the team to our SOPs — until you're ready to lead the floor.Process and fulfill orders following our step-by-step workflowPack, label, and ship products accurately and on timeOperate production printers and basic shop equipmentManage inventory and place supply orders as neededHandle customer service issues using our established processUse AI tools and our internal systems to do all of the above betterYou're a Great Fit If You:Find satisfaction in doing things right, not reinventing themAre detail-oriented and catch the small stuffAre tech-comfortable and curious about AI and new tools (we use them daily)Communicate clearly and hold yourself accountableAre proactive, reliable, and driven to meet high standardsEntry-level to early career welcome — we'll train the right person.
