Customer Supply Chain ManagerLocation: Congers, NY (Hybrid) Compensation: $150,000 – $160,000Work Schedule: Initial onsite onboarding; transitioning to 3 days onsite/week.The RoleThe Customer Supply Chain Manager bridges the gap between our operations and our customers. You will lead a team to ensure high satisfaction by managing the 18-month rolling sales forecast, the Order-to-Cash (OTC) process, and master data integrity. This role is a key contributor to the S&OP process and drives continuous improvement across the supply chain.Key ResponsibilitiesDemand Planning: Partner with Sales and customers to establish accurate 18-month rolling forecasts and lead monthly demand reviews.Order Management: Oversee the team’s Order-to-Cash activities and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and coach the Customer Supply Chain team to hit performance goals.Data Integrity: Accountable for Customer Master Data in SAP and ensuring SOX compliance.Collaboration: Work closely with manufacturing plants and internal departments to mitigate risks and implement supply chain best practices.What We Are Looking ForEducation: Bachelor’s degree (Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business).Experience: 3–5 years in Supply Chain/Customer Management.
