The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end project delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful execution of healthcare technology initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage multiple healthcare IT projects/programs from initiation to deliveryCoordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and leadershipDrive project planning, execution, risk management, and status reportingManage project timelines, budgets, scope, and resource allocationAct as a liaison between business and technical teamsEnsure successful delivery of enterprise healthcare applications and integrationsTrack project milestones and provide regular updates to senior managementFacilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and project governance meetingsIdentify risks/issues and implement mitigation strategiesSupport production deployments and post-implementation activitiesRequired SkillsStrong experience as a Project Manager / Program ManagerExtensive Healthcare industry experienceExperience working as a Technical Delivery LeadStrong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologiesExperience managing large-scale enterprise application projectsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsExperience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar toolsAbility to manage offshore/onshore coordination
