It’s 7:30 AM in Pennsauken, NJ. The floor is cool and quiet in our climate‑controlled 18,000 sq. ft. facility. A new custom job hits the cell: complex geometry, strict GD&T, and unforgiving tolerances. You review the print, map the workholding and tooling strategy, program the path in CAM, and bring a Haas VMC to life. The first‑article measures dead‑on with micrometers and gauges.
