Perform surgical procedures including laparoscopic surgeries and ureteroscopy. Manage patient volume of approximately 25 patients per day. Participate in call rotation with a 20-30 minute response time. Collaborate with a support team of RNs, MAs, and PA/NPs. REQUIRED PROCEDURES Required: General Urology Adult Laparoscopic surgeries Ureteroscopy Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy (ESWL) Preferred: Robotic surgery
