This is a hybrid role combining database administration and data analysis responsibilities. The ideal candidate is experienced in working with large datasets, building structured solutions, and bringing clarity to complex projects.This position requires a self-starter who can operate with minimal supervision, lead initiatives, and contribute to both technical and strategic aspects of data management.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain SQL Server databasesAnalyze and process large, complex datasetsTranslate project requirements into structured, scalable solutionsOptimize database performance, security, and reliabilitySupport database upgrades, testing, and enhancementsDevelop systems and mechanisms to track operational data, including field activitiesLead and participate in project meetings, providing data-driven insightsOrganize and structure large volumes of unrefined or unstructured dataRecommend improvements to existing database and reporting systemsRequired Skills & ExperienceStrong experience with SQL and MS SQL ServerProficiency in Power BI and AlteryxSolid understanding of database architecture, data structures, and data modelingStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently with minimal directionExperience handling large datasets and complex data environmentsMinimum 5 years of relevant experience (flexible for exceptional candidates)Preferred QualificationsPrevious experience in a Database Administrator or Data Analyst roleProfessional certifications in database technologies (a plus)Experience leading projects or collaborating cross-functionallyIndustry ExperienceOil & gas experience is not required, but preferredCandidates from diverse industry backgrounds are encouraged to applyWhy Join Us?Opportunity to work on high-impact data projectsCollaborative and driven team environmentRole with strong autonomy and ownership
