Retail Sales Stylist

A Sales Stylist supports the store & team through the cultivation of a store environment that curates a great customer experience for our customers each time they walk through our doors. We envision someone with a vibrant personality, trend setter, and self starter. Our ideal candidate will provide exceptional service in all aspects of the sales floor - greeting customers, selling, product knowledge, fitting room styling, cash wrap, restock and overall shop-keeping.Duties and Responsibilities· Bubbly, outgoing and energetic approach to work!· Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs· Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.· Knowledge of fashion, trends, and styling· Able to work independently.· Self-starter, ability to complete tasks.· Stock, replenish, and organize inventory regularly.· Enjoy working with customers and assist in styling outfits.· Weekend availability required.Job Requirements· 6 months experience in a retail or customer service field/position· Excellent communication skills· Ability to work a set schedule· Flexibility during holiday hours· Customer service-oriented attitude· Is knowledgeable of trends and supports brand messaging· Ability to stay organized and manage time effectively· Capability to thrive in a fast-paced and oftentimes high-pressure environment· Enthusiasm and a positive attitude· Willingness to learn and tackle new challenges
