Geotechnical Engineer
Project Engineer
The Senior Project Engineer is responsible for ensuring product quality and compliance with specifications, preparing engineering submittals, and driving continuous improvements for the foundation construction, geotechnical anchoring, and slope stabilization industry.
Essential Functions:
Provide technical guidance and cost estimate reviews for engineering and sales teams.
Collaborate with Sales to identify customer needs and product requirements.
Oversee product drawings and project submittals, ensuring compliance with contract documents and engineering principles.
Plan, organize, and execute product approval submittals to public and private agencies.
Design new products and modify existing products, including developing test procedures.
Offer technical support and training to both internal and external teams.
Assist Marketing and Sales in new product launches and maintaining corporate identity.
Develop value-engineered solutions and evaluate design changes.
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with a concentration in Geotechnical Engineering.
6-8 years of engineering experience in the construction industry.
Knowledge of structural and geotechnical engineering principles and relevant codes (ASCE, ASME, ASTM, AISC, ACI, PTI).
Experience with anchored earth retention, foundation design, and post-tensioning.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
PE license required.

Travel Requirements: Occasional travel throughout North America is required.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
