Spring / North Houston - Registered NurseSpring Region - Spring, TX 77389OverviewPosition Type Full Time Job Shift Day Education Level 2 Year Degree Travel Percentage Local Category NurseDescriptionIntegrated Community Services is hiring a Full-Time RN to provide HCS (Home and Community-Based Services) nursing case management to individuals with intellectual disabilities residing in group homes in the north area of Houston (Spring/Tomball area). This position provides a unique and rewarding opportunity to assist individuals in maintaining optimal health and independence in the community.
