Salary:Position OverviewWe are seeking a friendly, energetic, and highly organized Legal Assistant / Front Desk Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for our Wilmington office. This role is essential in creating a welcoming and professional environment for clients and visitors while providing administrative and operational support to attorneys and staff.The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced legal setting, balancing front desk responsibilities with administrative and legal support tasks.What Youll DoGreet and assist clients, visitors, and vendors in a professional and welcoming mannerServe as the face of the office and maintain a positive client experienceManage incoming calls and direct inquiries appropriatelyMaintain cleanliness and organization of lobby and conference roomsOpen and prepare the office for daily operationsOrder and maintain office supplies and inventoryCoordinate maintenance and repair of office equipmentSort and distribute incoming mail; prepare outgoing mailEnsure overall office organization and operational efficiencyPrint, assemble, and organize real estate closing packagesScan and upload documents into client files and case management systemsProvide general administrative support to the legal team as neededWhat Were Looking ForMinimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist, administrative, or legal assistant roleStrong interpersonal skills with a customer-service mindsetProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and general computer skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environmentNotary Public certification (or willingness to obtain) preferredProfessional communication (verbal and written)Client service and relationship managementTime management and task prioritizationAttention to detail and accuracyConfidentiality and discretionProblem-solving and resourcefulnessTeam collaboration and adaptabilityOffice technology and equipment proficiencyDocument management and file organizationBasic understanding of real estate transactions (preferred but not required)What We OfferSupportive and collaborative work environmentCompetitive salary commensurate with experienceFull benefits package
