Residential Cleaning Crew Member

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various settings, including residential and commercial spaces. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to provide excellent customer service while ensuring a pristine environment for our clients. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Manage laundry tasks, ensuring proper washing, drying, and folding of linens and clothing as needed. Execute floor care duties such as sweeping, waxing, and buffing to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Conduct carpet cleaning using appropriate techniques and equipment to ensure carpets are spotless. Provide janitorial services in various environments, adhering to safety protocols and sanitation standards. Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and concerns promptly and professionally. Assist with housekeeping management tasks when required, ensuring all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized. Requirements Proven experience in cleaning roles such as residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, or custodial experience is preferred. Familiarity with sanitation practices and safety protocols in cleaning environments. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor towards clients. Previous hotel experience or housekeeping management is a plus. Ability to perform physical tasks associated with cleaning duties, including lifting and moving equipment or materials as necessary. Knowledge of cooking is a nice-to-have skill that can enhance service offerings in residential settings.
