Job Title: Manufacturing Process EngineerExperience: 5+ YearsEmployment Type: ContractJob Summary:We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Process Engineer with 5+ years of experience to support and optimize manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving process efficiency, ensuring product quality, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced production environment.Key Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costsAnalyze production workflows and identify areas for process improvementSupport new product introduction (NPI) and process validation activitiesTroubleshoot manufacturing issues and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA)Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality, R&D, and ProductionPrepare and maintain process documentation such as SOPs, work instructions, and process flow diagramsEnsure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., GMP, ISO)Conduct root cause analysis using tools like Six Sigma, Lean, or 5 WhysMonitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiativesRequired Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field5+ years of experience in manufacturing/process engineeringStrong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principlesExperience with process validation (IQ/OQ/PQ)Hands-on experience with manufacturing equipment and automation systemsStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsPreferred Qualifications:Experience in regulated industries (Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, or Aerospace)Familiarity with tools like SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similarSix Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certificationKnowledge of ERP/MES systemsKey Skills:Process OptimizationRoot Cause AnalysisContinuous ImprovementDocumentation & ComplianceCross-functional Collaboration
