This role requires strong technical expertise along with leadership capabilities to manage teams and deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end Salesforce solution design and developmentArchitect scalable solutions using Apex, LWC, Integrations, and Marketing Cloud toolsDesign and implement Marketing Cloud solutions including journeys, automation, and email campaignsWork with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, and Contact BuilderIntegrate Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM and external systemsManage and mentor a team of Salesforce developers/adminsCollaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine requirementsEnsure best practices in coding, security, and performanceOversee integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware)Drive release management, CI/CD processes, and deploymentsTroubleshoot complex production issuesRequired Skills8+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in SalesforceStrong expertise in:Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC)Salesforce architecture & data modelIntegration patterns (REST/SOAP APIs)Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing CloudStrong experience in:Journey Builder & Automation StudioEmail Studio & Contact BuilderData Extensions, segmentation, and campaign executionUnderstanding of Marketing Cloud integrations (MC Connect, APIs)Experience with DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins, Copado, Gearset)Leadership & Functional SkillsExperience leading onshore/offshore teamsStrong stakeholder communicationAbility to translate business requirements into technical solutionsAgile/Scrum experiencePreferred QualificationsSalesforce certifications:Platform Developer IIMarketing Cloud Consultant / Developer (highly preferred)Application/System Architect (nice to have)Experience with CPQ / Experience CloudShare your resumes at karthik.n@precisiontechcorp.com
