Position Summary:
Our Lead Generation Specialists create selling opportunities for the Outside Sales group by calling prospects pushed to them from our EXISTING DATABASE and scheduling face-to-face meetings with decision-makers. The LGS position provides the “fuel” for our Sales “engine” and is critical to our success – which is why WE PAY SO WELL for it!

Essential Job Functions:
Creating Sales opportunities by calling from our existing database to secure onsite meetings for our Outside Sales reps
Updating leads with accurate coding and notes based on each call’s result
Utilizing provided tools for proper mapping distances between appointment sets
Required Qualifications, Skills, Experience & Education:
Excellent communication skills - clear and confident verbal presentation
The ability to overcome objections and articulate value
Results-oriented, with a high level of accountability
Strong work ethic and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, competitive environment
High Energy & Positivity
Active Listening skills (necessary to read and understand prospects, managers and teammates)
Must be organized and possess good time-management skills
High school diploma or equivalent education
Computer/Tech-savvy
Preferred Qualifications, Skills, Experience & Education:
Previous Call Center experience and/or Inside Sales, Telemarketing, Lead Generation experience
Previous experience with CRM software and Pipeline Management
Previous work experience in the following industries:
Collections
Door-to-Door/Canvasing
Retail
Hiring Bonus paid after 90 days of continuous employment
