Assistant New Homes Sales Manager Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Beazley, REALTORS® Position Summary The Assistant to the New Homes Sales Manager plays a key role in supporting the growth, success, and daily operations of the New Homes Division at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Beazley, REALTORS®. This position is based in Aiken, SC and partners closely with the New Homes Sales Manager to recruit, support, and retain high-performing sales professionals while ensuring operational excellence across all new home communities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about real estate sales, agent support, and builder relations. Key Responsibilities Sales & Agent Support Serve as an advocate for company values, culture, and policies. Support and encourage the success of New Homes sales agents through ongoing communication, training, and operational assistance. Facilitate training and regularly scheduled team meetings. Monitor and support consistent lead follow-up within the CRM system. Assist with recruiting sales professionals who align with the goals and needs of the New Homes Division. Operations & Transaction Coordination Review contracts and transaction files through SkySlope for accuracy and compliance. Coordinate with on-site builders and superintendents to schedule and place orders for professional photography. Audit MLS listings and company website information for accuracy. Assist sales teams with community site moves and operational transitions. Marketing & Community Management Conduct audits of community social media pages to ensure branding consistency and engagement. Assist in planning and executing community events, promotions, and site activities within budget guidelines. Coordinate with New Homes Sales Manager to address: Onsite Sales Office maintenance Signage updates Landscaping concerns Community presentation standards Perform additional duties assigned to support the success of the New Homes Division. Qualifications Licensed Salesperson in GA and SC Reliable transportation Real Estate sales experience required, management or administrative experience preferable Strong organizational abilities Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills Familiarity with MLS systems, CRM platforms, and transaction management software preferred Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities Professional demeanor with strong attention to detail We are a drug free workplace/ clean drug screen required Why Join Us?
