The Dental Assistant will be responsible for supporting dentists during procedures, preparing and sterilizing dental tools, assisting with patient care, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the dental operatory is fully equipped and organized. Responsibilities also include educating patients on oral care best practices and ensuring their overall comfort throughout appointments.QualificationsProficiency in Dental Assisting, including chair-side support and preparation for dental proceduresKnowledge of Dental Care, Dentistry, and Oral Care practices, and the ability to educate patientsSkilled in Sterilization techniques to ensure the highest standards of infection controlStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentCompletion of an accredited dental assistant program and current certification (if required by the state of Oklahoma)Prior experience in a dental office is preferred but not required
