Licensed Mountain Property Specialist

The Real Estate Company - Mountain Division, located in Winter Park, Colorado is seeking a full-time Mountain Property Specialist. This position is an independent contractor position with guaranteed monthly pay equal to an agreed upon amount. It will require you to have or to obtain a Colorado Real Estate License. We can offer assistance on obtaining your Real Estate License. The Real Estate Company - Mountain Division is the top performing real estate team in the Winter Park market. We are committed to providing team members a fulfilling, with all the support they need to be successful. The company provides all leads, including referrals, repeat clients and direct inquiries. In addition, we provide all the back office support you need in order to stay focused on relationship development without getting sidelined by all the contract to close details that slow most real estate agents down.
Responsibilities:
- Nurture, manage, qualify company provided leads.
- Schedule appointments and showings for clients.
- Show properties and disclose all property facts: fees, exclusions, HOA
- Host open houses and other event.
-Generate leads through referrals and relationships.
- Provide property comparisons to clients.
- Advise clients on market and basic real estate procedures.
- Write and deliver contract offers for properties.
- Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers
- Match clients with properties based off their requirements.
- Attend daily, weekly and monthly company meetings, file updates and trainings.
- Perform all other tasks necessary to align with the company's mission, vision, business principles and core values.
Qualifications:
- Must have or be willing to obtain a real estate license.
- Professional, engaging and personable demeanor.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage relationships.
- High attention to detail with strong time management & organization.
- Self motivated and driven.
- Strong computer skills
Compensation: 80,000.00 to 125,000.00 + unlimited upside based on performance.
