Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Residential & Commercial Real Estate Agent based in Cincinnati, OH, with some flexibility to work from home. The agent will manage real estate transactions by assisting clients in buying, selling, leasing, and managing properties. Responsibilities include building client relationships, conducting property research, negotiating contracts, and maintaining compliance with industry regulations. Additional responsibilities include providing expert advice on market trends to help clients achieve their transaction goals. Qualifications Prior experience in Commercial Real Estate and Residential Real EstateActive Real Estate LicenseProficiency in Brokerage and SalesStrong communication, negotiation, and customer service skillsFamiliarity with the Cincinnati real estate market is preferredSelf-motivated, highly organized, and able to adapt to a hybrid work environmentBachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or a related field is a plus
