This role ensures that all communications are timely, accurate, and effective, supporting growth, engagement, and access to care.This is a hands-on role that blends program management, campaign execution, and cross-functional coordination. The Marketing Programs Manager works closely with clinical leadership, business development, and internal marketing specialists to bring campaigns and initiatives to life and serves as a central hub for organizational communication efforts.Essential ResponsibilitiesMarketing Program Management:Plan and manage integrated marketing programs focused on nurture campaigns, e-newsletters, and eventsOwn and maintain the organization-wide marketing calendar in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholdersCoordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder inputsEnsure adherence to Responsible-Accountable-Consulted-Informed (RACI) framework and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)Establish tracking and reporting mechanisms for these campaigns to drive qualified leads and meet target customer acquisition cost (CAC) goalsEmail Marketing & Campaign ExecutionManage development, distribution, and performance tracking of newsletters, event invitations, nurture campaigns, and ad hoc communicationsUtilize platforms such as Marketing Cloud, CE-Go, and Evite to execute campaignsMonitor campaign performance and optimize based on data insightsEvent MarketingPartner with Business Development, Operations, and Clinical teams to plan and promote virtual and in-person eventsManage event promotion timelines, invitations, and communications materialsEnsure all event-related communications are accurate, compelling, and aligned with brand standardsTeam & Cross-Functional LeadershipServe as the central liaison between Marketing, Clinical, and Business Development teamsEnsure all communications are aligned with brand standards and broader marketing strategySupervise and provide direction to 1–2 team members and/or contractorsSupport prioritization, feedback, and execution to ensure high-quality deliverablesOther duties as assigned by supervisor.
