IT Systems Analyst

Job Description IT Systems Analysts will provide one-on-one customer support on all managed IT applications and services. This position will also provide new customer installation and configuration support for managed services. IT Systems Analysts must be self-starters and have the ability to work with 80% autonomy. Primary requirements are listed below.ResponsibilitiesInstall and maintain IT applications and equipmentProvide call in phone support service on all customer equipment and applicationsProvide Level 2 phone, email and on-site support to customersAssist in maintaining and responding to a 24/7 automated alarm alert system to include all managed IT services, including on-call rotation after probationary periodAttend company sponsored regional conferences and training courses to stay current with new and emerging technologiesAssume technical lead on customer installs, including but not limited to servers, applications, firewalls, backup services, switches, PCs, and physical networkingWeekly site visits to multiple customer locationsPreventative maintenance on all internal and customer IT equipmentAdditional duties may be assignedOvertime work may be requiredKnowledge & ExperienceBS degree in Information Technology, Security+, Network+ or equivalent experience is preferred Experience with the following operating systems is necessary:Currently Supported Windows Desktop and Server Operating Systems Experience with the following operating systems is preferred:LinuxMac OSX Experience with the following hardware is preferred:Personal computer troubleshooting and repairInternet connectivity troubleshooting and repairServer configuration and troubleshootingRouter, switch, firewall configuration and troubleshooting Working knowledge of:TCP/IPMicrosoft Active DirectoryAzure/Microsoft 365Microsoft Hyper-VSonicWALL firewallsUbiquiti/UniFi Networking gear
