Role Description We are seeking a dedicated Field Project Manager for a full-time hybrid role based in Houston, TX, with opportunities for remote work. The Field Project Manager will manage mercury management projects, supervise field operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and monitor project budgets. The role involves regular communication with clients and team members, coordination of field activities, and oversight to ensure safe, cost-effective, and timely project completion. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively liaise with clients and team membersDemonstrated Supervisory Skills to manage field teams and ensure compliance with safety and operational standardsHands on, good with tools and excellent troubleshooting skillsFocus on Customer Satisfaction through delivering quality services and maintaining strong client relationshipsProject management experience, preferably in the oil and gas or industrial sectorAbility to balance in-office responsibilities with on-site fieldworkBachelor’s degree in engineering, environmental science, or a related field is preferred
