Inside Sales Support Specialist

Position Summary: This role requires: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment Excellent People and Communication skills Great Sales skills and Follow-through Efficient time management Flexible and must be able to provide creative solutions and lead by example. Enjoy working in fast paced environment. Job Functions: Maintain communication with existing customers. Provide strong Customer Support Research and contact potential customers through phone calls, emails and visits. Provide and manage quotes to customers in a timely manner Input Order Entries Stay up to date with all Millwork 360 products and our competitors’ products Log Sales activity to report to General Manager Assist with incoming phone calls. Position Requirements/Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED Understanding of salesmanship and professional customer service Strong working knowledge of MS Suite Ability to read and understand CAD drawings and dimensions Ability to work well under pressure. Able to work overtime when required, M-F Skills/Abilities: Positive, organized, and enthusiastic with ability to positively influence others. Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong work ethic, self-starter and punctual Ability to support, communicate and model Millwork 360’s Vision, Mission and policies.
