Bookkeeper/Officer Manager

We operate in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and value accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement. Position SummaryThe Bookkeeper / Office Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day financial operations and supporting administrative office functions. This role requires strong accounting knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining compliance with applicable regulations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Accounting & Financial Management- Process and manage accounts payable (AP), including invoice entry and vendor relations- Manage accounts receivable (AR), including invoicing, collections, and follow-up with clients- Coordinate with internal teams on revenue recognition and billing schedules- Prepare weekly cash flow projections and assist in financial planning- Process payroll in compliance with applicable laws- Assist with monthly bank and credit card reconciliations- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation- Collaborate with leadership and external Controller on reporting Office Management & Administration- Oversee daily office operations- Maintain filing systems and document retention- Coordinate communications with staff, vendors, and partners- Support operational improvements and special projects Systems & Tools- Bill.com- Partner- Ascend- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)- Xero experience preferred Qualifications- 35 years of relevant experience- Strong understanding of accounting principles- Excellent organizational and communication skills- Ability to manage multiple priorities- Proficiency with accounting software Work EnvironmentHybrid role with required in-office presence in Walnut Creek, CA. Compensation & BenefitsSalary range: $70,000 $90,000 annually.
